BAS PROGRAMME PROVIDES BUSINESS ADVICE IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

·         Market research; ·         Business partner and investor search; ·         Selecting and appraising equipment to be purchased; ·         Improving organisational and business management structure; ·         Preparing business plans; ·         Developing and improving financial accounting and control systems; ·         Developing and upgrading management information systems; ·         Preparation and certification for quality management systems (ISO, HACCP, etc.) These are only a few of the types of business advice eligible for funding. Each project will be tailored to address the specific needs of the enterprise. However, legal services and audit services cannot be supported by the Programme.

THE BAS SERBIA PROGRAMME OFFERS:

Cooperation in selecting the most suitable local consultants to solve specific business problems and to carry out particular consulting assignments; where the local expertise is not available to meet the particular needs of an enterprise, foreign consultants will work together with local and share their skills, knowledge and experience. Grant of up to 50% of the total net cost of a project to a maximum of EUR 10,000.
